About Hugues Vaysset

Hugues Vaysset is the senior associate of the insurance, banking and financial regulation team at Jeantet. He specialises in insurance, banking, investment and payment services law. He has advised financial institutions on insurance, banking and investment regulations for over eight years. He also assists them in litigation before courts and in disciplinary proceedings (such as the AMF and ACPR Sanctions Commissions). After working for four years at Jeantet, he spent nearly two years at the legal department of the ACPR (the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority, tasked with authorising and supervising banks and insurers, as well as their intermediaries) before rejoining Jeantet’s team.
