About Héloïse Martin

Héloïse Martin joined Jeantet’s IP tech and data team in 2025, and advises on tech and commercial contracts, data protection, e-commerce and regulated activities. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience in both French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as within the legal department of a prestigious luxury goods company. Héloïse has notably collaborated with Benjamin May on publications exploring the impacts of AI on intellectual property rights.
