About Jacques-Henry de Bourmont

Jacques-Henry de Bourmont represents French and international clients, companies and investment funds in tax issues (tax and criminal advice and litigation, transfer pricing, management of intangible assets, asset optimisation, structuring of management packages, executive compensation, real estate taxation, etc). Admitted to the Paris and Frankfurt Bars, Jacques-Henry has experience in the Franco-German sphere. He taught real estate taxation at ESSEC and was a French foreign trade advisor. He began his career at Rhône-Poulenc (Sanofi Aventis) and was head of the French desk at Ernst & Young Sociétés d’Avocats in Frankfurt until 2005. He later became managing director of Marcus Partners and head of corporate tax and the Franco-German department of LPA-CGR (Lefèvre Pelletier).
