About Olivier Lyon Lynch

Olivier Lyon Lynch is co-leading partner of the insurance, banking and financial regulation team at Jeantet. He specialises in insurance, banking and investment regulation. He has been assisting insurance companies and intermediaries for over 15 years with legal disputes against their partners or arising from the implementation of insurance guarantees. He also assists financial institutions with disciplinary proceedings (AMF and ACPR). Olivier also advises players in the insurance sector on regulatory issues and transactional operations (mergers and acquisitions, sales of insurance or brokerage portfolios). Olivier has also acted on behalf of financial institutions in litigation involving fraud (Ponzi schemes, payment fraud, identity theft).
