Martine Samuelian is the leading partner of the insurance, banking and financial regulation team at Jeantet. She specialises in insurance, banking and investment regulation. She has advised regulated entities such as insurance companies, banks and payment services providers and assisted them with financial litigation (civil and criminal courts or independent administrative authorities such as the AMF and the ACPR) for more than 35 years. She leads a strong team dedicated to compliance, AML/CTF, prudential requirements and governance.
