About Nicolas Martin

Nicolas Martin is an associate at Jeantet and a member of the Paris Bar. He has a dual Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Cologne. He has developed expertise in private equity and in mergers and acquisitions. He advises international clients, in particular German-speaking clients, from the industry, energy and automotive sectors, on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law.
