About Vincent Lazimi

Vincent Lazimi specialises in tax law at Jeantet. For over 20 years, with six in London, he has advised clients on their tax audits. He mainly supports companies in the new technologies and fashion sectors on day-to-day (management fee agreements, tax consolidation, VAT) and exceptional operations (taxation of reorganisations, acquisitions, transfer of losses). He also assists US and UK major private equity firms with their internal organisation (setting up in France, partner remuneration policies, taxation of carried interest) and acquisitions (tax audits and tax structuring of acquisition operations). Vincent also assists family offices, UHNWIs, French and US entrepreneurs and French and UK investors in structuring their private and business assets.
