is an associate of the insurance and reinsurance practice group of Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez. He obtained his law degree and master’s degree in private law at Escuela Libre de Derecho. His practice specialises in the insurtech ecosystem development; insurance coverage analysis, including financial lines and cyber; insurance distribution; and financial consumers protection. He also provides regulatory and corporate advice to domestic and foreign insurers and has participated in licensing processes and corporate reorganisations before various Mexican regulation agencies, such as the Mexican Insurance and Bonding Commission. Carlo’s experience includes advice in insurance and reinsurance claims and complex coverage disputes.
