Chandimal Nicholas is a partner in Cassels’ intellectual property group, and assists and advises clients with regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical, medical device, cannabis, food, psychedelics, alcohol, cosmetic, health-related clinics and natural health products industries. He regularly provides both day-to-day and issue-specific guidance and opinions regarding requirements relating to general compliance, licensing and approvals, safety standards, product compliance, labelling/packaging form and content, and other regulatory issues. Chandimal also consults and communicates with regulators on behalf of clients to provide better guidance and, when necessary, to advocate for a client’s position.
