About Andrew Skodyn

Andrew Skodyn is a partner in the intellectual property group at Cassels. A very experienced IP litigator, his experience covers a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, information technology and social media, manufacturing, agribusiness, and oil and gas. Andrew is particularly well-known for litigating pharmaceutical patents. He has been counsel in numerous lengthy trials, high-profile appeals, and proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. His extensive trial experience sets him apart from most counsel and provides significant benefit to his clients.
