Kassandra provides strategic advice and acts in disputes across many innovative industries, including the life sciences, food and agriculture, consumer products, and energy sectors. She has acted as counsel for clients before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, including successfully arguing a leading case on discovery in patent litigation proceedings and acting as a member of the trial team in the first action tried under Canada’s amended Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
