About Jennifer Poirier

Jennifer Poirier is a partner in the mining and capital markets groups at Cassels. She represents mining companies in a range of transactions, including ‎earn-ins, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, royalty acquisitions, public and private financings and stock exchange listings. She is member of the Foundation of Natural Resources and Energy Law, including its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and is a member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada.
