Sean Jackson is a partner in the intellectual property group at Cassels, specialising in complex intellectual property litigation where he represents clients from a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical products, cannabis, oil and gas, and telecommunications. Sean has particular expertise in representing clients from the pharmaceutical industry in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
