About Steven Kennedy

Steven Kennedy is a partner and registered trade mark agent at Cassels. He works with rights-holders and brand owners to secure, manage, and enforce their intellectual property in Canada and abroad. In addition to managing a wide ambit of domestic and international trade mark and design portfolios, Steven regularly acts as advocate to defend and enforce his clients’ rights before the Federal and Ontario courts and administrative tribunals, including the Trademarks Opposition Board, and arbitration panels in domain name disputes. He is certified as a specialist in Intellectual Property by the Law Society of Ontario.
