About Kalyanee Dayal-Gopee

Kalyanee Dayal-Gopee is a senior associate in Bowmans’ Mauritius office. She advises on banking and general financing and cross-border financing matters. She is primarily involved in drafting and reviewing a variety of loan and security agreements in connection with cross-border financing transactions. Prior to joining Bowmans Mauritius, she gained experience at various reputable law firms in Mauritius and most recently in the legal department of The Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd. Kalyanee holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and has completed her Bar Professional Training Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
