About Lebohang Mabidikane

Lebohang Mabidikane is a partner in the competition practice at Bowmans, with experience both in private practice and as a competition regulator (having worked at the South African Competition Commission). Lebohang has extensive expertise in evaluating the competitive and public interest effects of mergers, conducting investigations into cartel and abuse of dominance conduct, assessing exemption applications, and leading search and seizure operations. She has worked on competition matters across various sectors, including aviation, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, mining, fast-moving consumer goods, banking and retail. Lebohang has provided training and insight to other African competition regulators, including input on the competition law legislative framework and enforcement of competition law in these countries.
