About Angeliki Chalikia

Angeliki Chalikia is a counsel in the project development/start-ups and innovation team at Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm, with dual focus on M&A and project finance. In M&A transactions and equity financing, she regularly acts for venture capitals and private equity providers, covering the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues. In project finance transactions, she acts mainly for international and local financing institutions, advising on the financing and development aspects of major infrastructure projects (mainly in the RES industry and PPPs), including drafting and negotiation of finance and project agreements (EPC, O&MS, etc) and the conducting of project due diligence.
