About Elizabeth Eleftheriades

Elizabeth Eleftheriades leads the project development/start-ups and innovation team of Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm. Her diverse expertise covers corporate and M&A work in the technology, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. She acts for debt and equity investors as well as for founders and stakeholders in M&A transactions, working on all sides of the equation. In project finance and PPP projects, Elisabeth typically acts for IFIs and senior lenders on the project development side, leading due diligence teams and project development teams in drafting and negotiating construction, development and operation contracts.
