About Victoria Mertikopoulou

Victoria Mertikopoulou is a partner at Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm. With more than 20 years of experience, Victoria represents and advises international and Greek clients on antitrust investigations (cartels, abuse of dominance, vertical restrictions, distribution) and dawn raids by competition authorities, as well as on merger control, state aid, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and investigations across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer goods and retail, energy and infrastructure, financial services, electronic communications, and digital markets. As a member of the Council of Europe’s Working Group on Judicial Systems, she actively participates in international competition networks and is a member of the board of Women@Competition Greece.
