About Mike Martinez

Mike Martinez is an accomplished trial lawyer and national healthcare fraud practitioner acting in matters involving allegations of healthcare fraud, securities fraud, money laundering, cybercrime, public corruption, tax offenses, etc. He also defends individuals in internal investigations. A former federal prosecutor for more than a decade before embarking on private practice, Mike served as an assistant US attorney for the district of New Jersey, including three years as the executive assistant US attorney for all criminal and civil healthcare fraud cases.
