About Carol Stubblefield

Carol Stubblefield is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s North American corporate and securities practice group in New York. She regularly represents public companies, issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and provides general corporate counselling and corporate governance advice. Carol also advises on mergers and acquisitions, including complex cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, as well as related pre- and post-transaction restructurings. Her practice combines capital markets, governance and transactional experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
