About Andrew Black

Andrew Black is a counsel in Baker McKenzie’s North America antitrust & competition practice in Washington, DC. He is a litigator and regularly represents multinational clients in “bet-the-company” antitrust litigations, class actions, and regulatory investigations, with a focus on cutting-edge issues involving competition, consumer protection, and data privacy. Andrew has successfully handled matters throughout the US and internationally. Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for the US Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
