About Guillaume Nataf

Guillaume Nataf joined the M&A department of Baker McKenzie in 2005. He was appointed counsel in 2015 and partner in 2017. Guillaume is an experienced lawyer in merger and acquisition transactions for French and foreign clients. He advises them on their French and cross-border M&A transactions, the negotiation of joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. He chairs the foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations practice in the Paris office and assists his clients in their filings and subsequent exchanges and negotiations with the FDI authorities in France and abroad to obtain required clearances.
