joined Baker McKenzie Paris in 2018, in the Corporate/M&A group. One of his main focuses is to assist French private and listed companies in the context of general and more complex corporate law matters, in particular corporate governance, equity transactions and cash repatriation, as well as assisting them in the implementation of their global reorganisations.
