About Diogo Duarte de Oliveira

Diogo Duarte de Oliveira is a tax partner at Baker McKenzie’s Luxembourg office, where he specialises in advising asset managers and institutional investors on fundraising, management incentive strategies and transaction structuring. A recognised thought leader, Diogo frequently contributes to international tax journals and speaks at global conferences. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the LPEA for a three-year term. Diogo is a member of the Luxembourg, Portuguese, American and International Bar Associations. He also actively contributes to several Luxembourg tax working groups within the AMCHAM and ABBL, further cementing his influence within the jurisdictional financial landscape.
