Eleonore D’Anthonay is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s employment law team in Paris. Her expertise primarily covers collective labour relations, where Eléonore advises HR and legal departments on the management and strategic structuring of complex projects, including cross-border reorganisations, collective redundancies, collective bargaining negotiations, employee profit-sharing schemes, as well as the employment and social aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, notably in the hotel and resort sectors.
