Kosit Prasitveroj is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Bangkok office whose practice focuses on arbitration, public law and complex dispute resolution. He has worked on arbitrations conducted under ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, TAI and THAC rules, including disputes involving infrastructure, construction, engineering and space segments.
