About Magalie Dansac Le Clerc

Magalie Dansac Le Clerc heads the Data Protection practice within the Tech & Data team at Baker McKenzie Paris and is a member of the Global Data & Cyber Leadership team. Her practice focuses on data protection, information technology, internet, cybersecurity, AI and telecommunications, as well as contracts and regulatory compliance, both locally and internationally. Magalie advises clients on data protection and cybersecurity matters in the context of advisory engagements, particularly regarding global data privacy compliance programmes and GDPR, and on compliance with other European regulations pertaining to technology and cybersecurity, data and cybersecurity-related investigations and litigation, particularly in connection with investigations or enforcement proceedings conducted by data protection authorities, including the CNIL, and transactions.
