About Marc Mariani

Marc Mariani joined the real estate practice group of Baker McKenzie in 2004. He is specialised in mergers and acquisitions and financing in the real estate market and has developed a specific practice dedicated to real estate actors (investors or industrial groups owning a real estate portfolio). His main practice areas are all aspects of real estate legal and financing issues for national and international clients, foreign investment financing, financial lease agreements, and design and structuring of real estate funds (for, in particular, Middle Eastern investors) from a legal standpoint.
