About Nella Picou

Nella Picou joined Baker McKenzie in 2022. She is a member of Baker McKenzie’s employment group in Paris. Nella advises French and foreign companies on all their employment issues in a wide range of industries including hospitality. She also assists French and foreign companies with restructuring projects and changes to their legal structure. She regularly advises and represents clients in sensitive workplace matters, including internal investigations and cases involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, as well as broader issues of workplace misconduct and white-collar crimes.
