Samuel Tourot
has been practising in the tax group of Baker McKenzie in Paris since 2016. He focuses on corporate taxation and international taxation. He has a broad transactional practice covering international tax, reorganisation, and M&A transactions. Samuel is also a member of the firm’s hotels, resorts and tourism group and recently advised a French multinational hospitality company on simplifying and transforming its organisational structure across more than 30 jurisdictions.
