About Stéphane Taïeb

Stéphane Taïeb is a member of Baker McKenzie’s tax team in Paris (Tax Law Firm of the Year – Chambers France Awards 2026). He advises on corporate taxation, particularly in the consumer goods, tourism and hospitality sectors. His experience is focused on domestic and international deals and restructuring, including transactions, asset outsourcing, and refinancing. He is involved in complex tax aspects of M&A and corporate-related operations. Stéphane is a member of the Global Hotel, Resort and Tourism group. Stéphane regularly appears as a speaker at tax events, particularly in the hotel sector. He is also a member of the Institute of Lawyers and Tax Advisors.
