About Philippe Reich

Philippe Reich is a seasoned partner, heading Baker McKenzie Switzerland’s international trade and foreign investment practice and India desk and chairing the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce. He has been advising leading Swiss and international clients since 1996 on international trade regulations and foreign investments, with a focus on bilateral relations with the EU, the UK and India, and established the firm’s Swiss trade compliance practice with a focus on sanctions and export controls, including investigations before the Swiss authorities and courts. He regularly publishes in Swiss and international publications and media on trade compliance and Swiss international relations. Philippe is a member of the Swiss and Zurich Bar Association.
