About Robin Gaulier

Robin Gaulier joined the Tax department of Baker McKenzie in Paris in 2019 and became counsel in July 2024. Robin advises French and international companies as well as private equity firms on domestic and international tax law. He is active in all corporate tax law matters. His practice is especially focused on M&A (tax structuring, tax due diligence, SPA and post-deal reorganisations). Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Robin was a manager in the M&A Tax department of PwC in Paris from 2017 to 2019, and before that, was an associate in the Tax department of Gide in Paris from 2014 to 2017.
