Wasin Lertwalaipong is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Bangkok office, specialising in international arbitration and dispute resolution. He has advised clients in commercial disputes under SIAC, THAC and TAI rules, including matters involving complex contractual and cross-border issues. Wasin also has experience in enforcement and arbitration-related proceedings before the Thai courts. In addition to his client work, he contributes to the development of the firm’s arbitration practice through knowledge management, training initiatives and thought leadership activities.
