She has extensive experience in merger control filings and has been deeply involved in many high-profile cases, including Viterra’s acquisition of Gavilon’s grains and ingredients business, Marriott’s acquisition of Starwood, Dell’s acquisition of EMC, and Thermo Fisher’s acquisition of Life Technologies, among others. She also has experience in providing services to both multinational and domestic clients in relation to regular antitrust compliance advice, trainings, compliance system setup, as well as antitrust investigations.
