About Jianwei Yang

Jianwei Yang is a partner based in JunHe LLP’s Shanghai office. He focuses on advising global and PRC commercial and investment banks and private equity sponsors on cross-border acquisition finance transactions, structured financings, direct lending and project financings across the region. Jianwei also has a broad transactional practice advising private equity funds, corporations and investment banks in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and leveraged buyouts in the PRC. He is a member of the PRC Bar Association.
