About Wei Yingling

Wei Yingling joined JunHe in 1994 and heads the firm’s antitrust practice. She has 30 years of experience in the PRC legal practice with a primary focus on antitrust and M&A. Since 2008, she has represented a large number of multinational companies and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, government investigations and antitrust litigation. She has extensive experience in national security review matters.
