joined JunHe in 1994 and heads JunHe’s anti-trust practice. She has 28 years of experience in the PRC legal practice with main focus on anti-trust and M&A. Since 2008, she has represented a large number of multinational companies and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, government investigations and antitrust litigations. She has extensive experience in national security review matters.
