About Xiaoying Tian

Xiaoying Tian is a counsel at JunHe. Her main practice areas include real estate, M&A and foreign investment. She represents well-known commercial real estate companies, offshore real estate funds and hotel management groups involved in real estate development and acquisition, incorporation of joint venture companies, reviewing of lease documentation and management of real estate-related disputes. Xiaoying also provides legal advice to real estate companies on general company matters.
