About Yi Sun

Yi Sun joined JunHe LLP in 1999 and has been practicing at the firm’s Beijing office since then. He specialises in cross-border M&A, FDI, general corporate matters and compliance. He has advised many multinational and domestic corporations on their mergers, acquisitions, investments, corporate compliance and other business in China. He has also advised them on their internal due diligence and external government investigations in respect of product quality, production safety, traffic accidents, EHS, anti-corruption and other general compliance with mandatory standards, in various industries and fields such as petrochemistry, automotive, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, aviation, forestry, paper, construction materials, food, franchising and infrastructure.
