About Yifeng Yuan

Yifeng Yuan is a partner based in JunHe LLP’s Shanghai office. He has abundant experience acting on behalf of PRC and foreign financial institutions and borrowers, including onshore/offshore bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged buyout finance, Chinese concept stocks, take-private finance, cross-border acquisition finance, real estate and project financing, and financial institution businesses. He is particularly adept at handling large-scale cross-border M&A financing deals, many of which have been awarded the best M&A financing deals of the year (including taking private financing for 51job, 58.com, etc). Yifeng is a member of the PRC Bar Association.
