About Yuming Li

Yuming Li joined JunHe in 2014, and is based in Guangzhou. He focuses on banking and finance, and has been significantly involved in the areas of special situations and opportunity investment, NPL disposals, debt restructuring, reorganisation of distressed enterprises, and FDI. He has assisted AMCs and private capital management companies in completing dozens of deals involving the acquisition or transfer of NPLs, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy reorganisation. Yuming has represented notable overseas special situation funds and other investors making investments in the Chinese NPL market, supporting them in the successful completion of transactions.
