André Gomes de Oliveira
is the head of the tax law practice at the firm, having advised both Brazilian and international companies in projects in Brazil and abroad. He co-ordinates the firm’s tax consulting, planning and litigation practice, and co-chaired the International Fiscal Association's Brazil and USA joint summit on international tax in 2016. He has post-graduate qualifications in English and European Union law, corporate law, and interpretation and application of tax treaties, and is general secretary of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law and vice-chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rio de Janeiro.
