Anna Cecilia Rostworowski da Costa
is a partner in the corporate, M&A and commercial contracts areas; in addition to M&A, her focus is joint ventures, due diligence, share purchase and shareholder agreements, contracts in general, as well as by-laws and other corporate documents. She has extensive experience in advising foreign clients in their acquisitions in Brazil and in co-ordinating due diligence processes. She also advises on foreign investments, international contracts and structured transactions. Anna Cecilia studied Public Economic Law in Paris and is a member of the International Bar Association, as well as the Brazilian Bar Association.
