About Benjamin Marthoz

Benjamin Marthoz is a counsel at Stibbe and an expert in administrative and public laws, as well as a litigator in real estate matters (civil and commercial laws). He specialises in regulations and litigations relating to complementary administrative matters, such as public procurement, town and country planning, environment, building construction matters (such as contracts, subcontracts, performance and payments). Benjamin co-heads the firm’s litigation/dispute resolution practice in Luxembourg.
