About Benjamin Marthoz

Benjamin Marthoz is a counsel at Stibbe Luxembourg and an expert in administrative and public law, as well as a litigator in real estate matters (civil and commercial laws). He specialises in regulation and litigation relating to complementary administrative matters, such as public procurement, town and country planning, environment and building construction matters (contracts, subcontracts, performance and payments). Benjamin co-heads the firm’s litigation/dispute resolution practice in Luxembourg.
