About Jennifer Rodden Wainwright

Jennifer Rodden Wainwright is a senior associate in Kelley Drye’s DC office and helps clients navigate the increasingly complex landscape where communications and privacy law intersect. She counsels companies on federal and state communications regulations, and represents them before agencies including the FCC and FTC. Jenny provides strategic guidance on TCPA compliance, including consent, disclosures, opt-outs and risk mitigation, and regularly contributes to the firm‘s updates on FCC actions and TCPA developments. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, she was a paralegal in the Division of Marketing Practices at the FTC‘s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
