About Mike Dover

Mike Dover is a special counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and focuses on advising communications and technology providers, including with respect to cable and franchise regulations, cable transaction regulatory management, broadband deployment, and broadband communications infrastructure. Michael has taken a lead role in managing regulatory approvals for a multi-billion cable and broadband provider acquisition and multiple stock and asset entity acquisitions involving regulated entities, as well as providing advice on broadband deployment programmes. Michael has represented an international provider in carrier access and interconnection negotiations involving non-US originated traffic, and continues to expand his expertise to new and evolving technologies, including with respect to regulatory concerns involving cloud computing, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence.
