Patricia Werner is a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and member of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright and Litigation practice groups. Patricia manages worldwide intellectual property portfolios and related protection and enforcement matters for numerous brands in industries spanning consumer products, cannabis, entertainment and fashion. She handles all aspects of trade mark and copyright protection, including domestic and international trade mark portfolio management, clearing and prosecuting trade marks, licensing, IP due diligence investigations and US and foreign enforcement proceedings. In addition, Patricia is involved in corporate transactions including negotiating asset purchase and related agreements for various transactional matters.
